10. Digital assistant (chat)

This site offers an optional digital assistant. When you use it, the text of your message and up to six previous messages of the same conversation (three question-and-answer exchanges) are transmitted to Anthropic PBC (USA) to generate a reply, together with information about our products. We do not transmit your name, phone number, email or IP address, and we do not store them from the chat. To prevent abuse, your IP address is converted into a daily cryptographic identifier (keyed HMAC-SHA256) used only as rate-limiting cache-key material; it is not stored in the database and is not comparable across different days. Your message and a conversation identifier are also stored locally in your browser (sessionStorage) so the conversation continues if you move to another page; these stay on your device and are cleared when you close the tab. Conversation text stops being accessible 30 minutes after the last message and in any case 24 hours after the conversation started; a scheduled task runs every 15 minutes and deletes it permanently, in any case within one hour. Closing the browser tab does not delete the conversation from the server — but you can delete it yourself at any time with the “Delete conversation” button in the chat panel. A copy can still remain in our server’s daily backups, which rotate over about 30 days; Anthropic’s own 30-day retention is unaffected. After deletion — automatic or by that button — we keep only daily aggregate figures (date, language, number of conversations, number of messages, number of successful and unsuccessful replies, number of retries, number of flagged messages, cost) for up to 90 days, with no conversation identifier and no text. We also keep, for up to 90 days, how many times the assistant panel was opened per day and language — only the number, with no visitor data and nothing stored on your device. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in answering prospective customers' questions about our products and services. You may object to this processing at any time; the contact form and the telephone remain available as alternatives. Transfer outside the EU: the transfer to the USA relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under our data processing agreement with Anthropic. Anthropic processing terms: Anthropic acts as a processor on our behalf; inputs and outputs are retained by Anthropic for 30 days and may be accessed for safety and security purposes. You have the rights of access, erasure and objection described above.

11. Contact forms on Facebook and Instagram (Meta)

In our Facebook and Instagram ads you can fill in a contact form inside the app, without visiting our website. Through this form we collect:

• your first and last name
• your phone number
• your email address (optional)
• your answers to the form questions: the stage of your project, when you plan to start, the room you are interested in and the area where you are
• your confirmation of consent

Purpose: to contact you about your enquiry and arrange an appointment at our showroom.

Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the required box in the form: “I would like you to contact me about my enquiry.”

Meta’s role: the form is collected on our behalf by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, and we download the enquiries from Meta.

Retention period: we keep this data for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, and then delete it.

Your rights: you can ask at any time for access to your data, for its correction or deletion, and you can withdraw your consent; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. 12. Website analytics with Microsoft Clarity

If you accept statistics cookies in our cookie banner, we use Microsoft Clarity, a service of Microsoft Corporation, to understand how visitors use our website and to improve it. Clarity records, in aggregated and replayable form:

• the pages you visit and how long you stay on them
• your clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movements
• technical details such as device type, browser, screen size and approximate location
• how you got to our website (for example, a search engine or an ad)

Cookies: Clarity sets the cookies _clck and _clsk in your browser, only after you accept statistics cookies. They tell your visits apart so that your pages can be grouped into one visit.

Purpose: to see where visitors get stuck or leave, and to make the website easier to use. We do not use Clarity to identify you, and we do not link it to your enquiries or to any other data about you.

Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time from the cookie settings, and withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

Retention period: Microsoft keeps session recordings for 30 days and heatmap data for 13 months, and then deletes them.

Microsoft’s role: Microsoft provides the service and processes this data. Your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area; for how Microsoft handles it, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
