We have concluded a data Processing Agreement with Google.

Google may not use the data for any other Google services.

The inclusion of full IP addresses is blocked by us.

This ensures that only the necessary persons have access to your data, that access to the data is protected, and that our security measures are regularly reviewed.

10. Digital assistant (chat)

This site offers an optional digital assistant. When you use it, the text of your message and up to six previous messages of the same conversation (three question-and-answer exchanges) are transmitted to Anthropic PBC (USA) to generate a reply, together with information about our products. We do not transmit your name, phone number, email or IP address, and we do not store them from the chat. To prevent abuse, your IP address is converted into a daily cryptographic identifier (keyed HMAC-SHA256) used only as rate-limiting cache-key material; it is not stored in the database and is not comparable across different days. Your message and a conversation identifier are also stored locally in your browser (sessionStorage) so the conversation continues if you move to another page; these stay on your device and are cleared when you close the tab. Conversation text stops being accessible 30 minutes after the last message and in any case 24 hours after the conversation started; a scheduled task runs every 15 minutes and deletes it permanently, in any case within one hour. Closing the browser tab does not delete the conversation from the server — but you can delete it yourself at any time with the “Delete conversation” button in the chat panel. A copy can still remain in our server’s daily backups, which rotate over about 30 days; Anthropic’s own 30-day retention is unaffected. After deletion — automatic or by that button — we keep only daily aggregate figures (date, language, number of conversations, number of messages, number of successful and unsuccessful replies, number of retries, number of flagged messages, cost) for up to 90 days, with no conversation identifier and no text. We also keep, for up to 90 days, how many times the assistant panel was opened per day and language — only the number, with no visitor data and nothing stored on your device. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in answering prospective customers' questions about our products and services. You may object to this processing at any time; the contact form and the telephone remain available as alternatives. Transfer outside the EU: the transfer to the USA relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under our data processing agreement with Anthropic. Anthropic processing terms: Anthropic acts as a processor on our behalf; inputs and outputs are retained by Anthropic for 30 days and may be accessed for safety and security purposes. You have the rights of access, erasure and objection described above.

Complianz | The Privacy Suite for WordPress

This website uses the Privacy Suite for WordPress by Complianz to collect and record Browser and Device-based Consent. For this functionality, your IP address is anonymized and stored in our database. This service does not process any personally identifiable information and does not share any data with the service provider. For more information, see the Complianz Privacy Statement.

Akismet

We collect information about visitors who comment on Sites that use our Akismet Anti-spam service. The information we collect depends on how the User sets up Akismet for the Site, but typically includes the commenter’s IP address, user agent, referrer, and Site URL (along with other information directly provided by the commenter such as their name, username, email address, and the comment itself).
