The door that

The slim, discreet SECRET filomuro frame sinks literally into the wall. The door aligns perfectly with the surface — no architraves, no interruption — and its face is chosen freely: matching the wall, in contrast, or taking centre stage with one of Barausse's materials.
Also available in a filosoffitto version — floor to ceiling, for openings over 3.5 metres.
Secret & Secret Twin
Invisible construction,
visible precision
Secret Twin — the patented evolution of the frame, developed by Barausse's R&D department — consists of two parts: the Subframe is built into the wall during construction, while the Cover with the finish is fitted only once the works are complete. This means the final surface never spends a single day on the building site.

The Heritage
Vicenza,
from the 1967
Barausse was founded in 1967 by the Barausse brothers in Monticello Conte Otto, a few kilometres outside Vicenza — in the heart of the Veneto, Italy's region with the greatest woodworking tradition.
Almost six decades later, the company is still there: it designs and manufactures 100% of its production in Italy, works with architects such as Massimo Iosa Ghini and Massimo Bellunato, and fits out homes and hotels around the world.
Production is powered by solar energy and biomass, using water-based paints, formaldehyde-free glues and FSC wood on request.
